LIFETIME LIMITED REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
Hans C-Anchor, Inc., (HANS) warrants the "STEALTH" Anchor to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for lifetime, from the date of original purchase.  In case of notification within the warranty period of defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the defective anchor.  Before returning your anchor contact us for authorization (see return below).

Above specific warranty covers NORMAL USE and will NOT apply if:
A.  the "STEALTH" Anchor has been abused, misused, or improperly maintained.
B.  the "STEALTH" Anchor and / or necessary adjunct pieces of equipment have been used to moor a vessel larger than the sizes recommended for the particular "STEALTH" Anchor by HANS (sold with a Ground Tackle Force Load Certificate (GTFL)).  Before use, consult your "STEALTH" Anchor 'Selection Guide With Recommended Working Conditions' for this and  other important information.
C.  modifications, alterations, or repairs have been attempted or made to the "STEALTH" Anchor.
D.  you have not validated your HANS "STEALTH" Anchor limited warranty registration card by completing all requested information and E-mailed it within 10 days after purchase of the anchor (use form see contact us).

HANS, specifically disclaims all other warranties - expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability  and fitness for a particular purpose - with respect to defects in the "STEALTH" Anchor, including without limitation liability for any loss of profits or other commercial damages, including but not limited to any special, incidental, consequential or other damages from the sale or use of the "STEALTH" Anchor.  Some jurisdiction may give you additional rights, in which case the "STEALTH"  will comply.

EXCEPT AS SET FORTH ABOVE, THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, WRITTEN OR ORAL, 
AUTHORIZED OR ACCEPTED BY HANS. 90 DAY FULL REFUND POLICY

HANS, hereby guarantees that, for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase, the registered owner, purchaser, may return his "STEALTH" Anchor to seller, point of original purchase, if he is not fully satisfied with the anchor for any reason.  The "STEALTH" Anchor must be accompanied by the original invoice or sales receipt, with the return.  First you have to contacts HANS for authorization.

RETURN
When return is authorized the "STEALTH" Anchor must be returned, freight prepaid to HANS.  In case of repair or replacement we will return your "STEALTH" Anchor with freight prepaid or COD, via a reliable transport company, to the address specified.
MOST IMPORTANT:
FIRST, USE YOUR GOOD JUDGMENT, THEN.... USE YOUR HANS-"STEALTH" Anchor.
